Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available through our website.

For customers in the United States, payments are processed via Shopify Payments. For customers in the Philippines, payments may be processed via available local payment methods including GCash and other supported providers.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers. Savira Shop does not directly store complete payment card information where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider. Additional terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider may also apply to your transaction.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, customers agree to provide accurate delivery information and make reasonable arrangements to receive the order. COD is available for eligible orders within the Philippines only.

Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases, where permitted by applicable law.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, repairs, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
